According to "Webda Gerash", inspectors from the Occupational and Environmental Health Group of the Health Department inspected all food stores in the city of Gerash in an attempt to identify and collect "smoky poppling" brand smoke-producing candy. During these inspections, quantities of these illegal products were discovered and seized.

This action was taken based on the order of the head of the Environmental and Occupational Health Center of the Ministry of Health, in order to protect the health of citizens, especially children, and prevent the supply of unauthorized food products.

It is recommended that families refrain from purchasing such products and, if they see smoke-producing candies on sale, report the matter to the Environmental and Occupational Health Group of the Health Ministry.
