A CT simulator (treatment simulation) was purchased for Molly Al-movahedin Ali clinic.

In a conversation with "Webda Gerash" about the purchase of a  CT-simulator, Dr. Seyed Javad Mohhaqq, Vice President of Treatment of Gerash University of Medical Sciences, stated: "The CT-simulator device (treatment simulation) was purchased with the help of a benefactor of the hospital for the Molly Al-movahedin Ali clinic with the amount of 3 billion Tomans.

She added: "This device, which is used for cancer patients in the radiotherapy department, will be installed and launched in the near future at Molly Al-movahedin Ali clinic."

Dr. Mohagheg said: "With the installation of this device, the treatment design (simulation of treatment) will be done for patients who need radiation therapy, with the least movement and in the same radiotherapy department (where the device is installed), and the radiotherapy device is adjusted according to the same design.

Vice President of Treatment of Gerash University of Medical Sciences, stated: "With this (treatment design), radiation treatment of patients is done with the minimum dose of radiation therapy, with minimum side effects."
